Pets

Neighbors are welcome to keep up to three indoor cats or three dogs (with the exception of the breeds listed below). Fish are also welcome, though there is a 20 gallon aquarium maximum.

“Permanently caged” animals such as birds and hamsters are accepted with no deposit or pet rent. There are no restrictions on accommodation or service animals.

We are currently not able to accept the following dog breeds:

We love pets. To get yours approved, simply follows these steps:

• Provide pet vaccination records and photo.
  
• Pay your refundable deposit.
  
• Sign and follow the rules of our Pet Agreement.
  
• Pay your monthly pet rent.
  
• For dogs, we also require a brief (very friendly) pet interview.
