Retrieving deliveries from a package locker

When a carrier places one of your packages in a locker, you’ll receive an email notification with the pickup code. Just follow these steps to retrieve your package:

  • Visit the package locker kiosk.
  • Enter the pickup code.
  • Retrieve your package 24 hours a day.

Retrieving deliveries from the Leasing Office

When one of your packages is delivered to Leasing Office, the Neighborhood team will scan the package into Active Building and store it for you. You’ll then automatically receive an email notification from Active Building. To pick up your package, either:

  • Stop by the Leasing Office during office hours.
  • Request a package delivery, which will give us permission to place your packages inside your Home.

Neighbors can log into Active Building any time to view their package history and check for packages that are pending pickup.

Please note: Active Building will not reflect packages that have been stored in a package locker.
