When one of your packages is delivered to Leasing Office, the Neighborhood team will scan the package into Active Building and store it for you. You’ll then automatically receive an email notification from Active Building. To pick up your package, either:
- Stop by the Leasing Office during office hours.
- Request a package delivery, which will give us permission to place your packages inside your Home.
Neighbors can log into Active Building any time to view their package history and check for packages that are pending pickup.
Please note: Active Building will not reflect packages that have been stored in a package locker.
