At the Benton, our expansive outdoor spaces are organized into four zones – Grove, Canopy, Field, and Garden – which include rolling lawns, fruit-bearing trees, gardens, and an on-site dog park/agility course. Our central courtyard has volleyball and a beachy space complete with boardwalk and hammock seating.

At the Benton, there's no shortage of ways to have a good time.The heart of our Neighborhood is our rooftop clubhouse, a flexible space that blurs the line between indoor and outdoor. Picture this: your evening begins in our chef-grade kitchen with the doors thrown wide, a cool breeze gently wafting through the palms that line the sun deck as you sip on some local vino. You wander your way towards the pool and debate a cannonball before you decide to slip into the spa instead. You call it a night by the outdoor dual-sided fireplace, with both feet kicked up as the sun slips low over the horizon. The perfect mix of pause and play.
