With this difficult time affecting how we all engage in the world, we wanted to update you on the safety precautions we are taking in our Neighborhood operations in response to COVID-19. These additional precautions will take effect from Monday, March 16, 2020, through Wednesday, April 15, 2020.
Neighborhood Office Closures
Our Neighborhood offices will be closed for in-person visits however, our teams are still available via phone, email, and our online portal Active Building during normal business hours. Our Home Office staff will also continue to support our Neighborhood teams remotely as we all adjust to this (temporary) new normal.
If you’d like to know more about a Neighborhood and if it’s the right fit for you as you consider a new home, we are open online for leasing at prometheusapartments.com.
Our Neighborhood team will be available to allow couriers access for door-to-door package deliveries, as well as delivery to package lockers during business hours.
Service Requests and Maintenance Needs
Our Neighborhood Service teams will continue to support urgent and emergency service requests as they arise. Out of an abundance of caution, if you have a service need that does not require immediate attention, we are asking for your patience and understanding as we schedule those service items for a later date. Our Service teams will continue to be heavily focused on the increased cleaning rotations throughout the Neighborhood including building entrances, doors, handles, railings, and other high traffic areas.
Neighborhood Common Areas and Reservations
All Neighborhood common areas will be closed for use during this time. Due to ever-changing guidelines and restrictions on social gatherings, all amenities will also be unavailable for reservations during this time. If you have an existing amenity reservation, our team will reach out to you to work through the next steps.
We remain committed to hospitality and doing so in a responsible and cautious manner. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation frequently and following CDC guidelines for mitigating the risk of the virus. We will continue to follow local government mandates, as they are given.
We recognize that these are unsettling times and by making small changes and being a good Neighbor to one another, we can make these times a little easier for everyone. We are here for you if you need anything.
