If we already call you Neighbor –
Transfer within your current Neighborhood, or to another Prometheus Neighborhood, with 3 easy steps.
STEP 1: Contact your current Neighborhood team by phone or email to submit your request. They will work with you to determine the best option to suit your financial needs.
STEP 2: No need to wait until your current lease expires. Once you select your desired home, you can move-in as soon as the following day.
STEP 3: We’ve got you covered – the screening process will be waived and we will defer your $300 deposit for the 30 days following your transfer. You can begin to make arrangements to move into your new home without any delays.
