St. Patrick’s Day in Ireland, Mountain View: Take a trip to Ireland without ever leaving the Bay. St. Patrick’s Day in Ireland is an authentic Irish celebration, complete with champion dancers and the Kerry Voice Squad & Traditional Band. Transport yourself to the Emerald Isle with this treat for the whole family.

Saint Patrick’s Day Celebrations, Dublin: No, not Dublin, Ireland. But it will be hard to tell the difference on Saturday when Dublin, California pulls out the stops for their St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. Start your day with a Pancake Breakfast at the local fire station before taking in the Dublin Lions Club Parade. The festival kicks off at the Dublin Civic Center, and if you’re feeling athletic, you can try your luck at the Shamrock 5k Fun Run & Walk.

167th Saint Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival, San Francisco: The 167th Annual At. Patrick’s Day Parade begins at 11:30 am at 2nd and Market in San Francisco, and will travel from Market Street to Civic Center Plaza via McAllister Street. Cheer on the marchers and sing along to the traditional Irish music and dance. Following the parade, there will be a festival at Civic Center Plaza from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Bring the kids for music, art, food, and fun.

St. Patrick’s Day Brew Crawl, Pleasanton: Sample craft brews and ciders from over 25 downtown locations, with scrumptious snacks along the way as your “crawl” your way through downtown Pleasanton. Guests are encouraged to wear green (of course) for the annual celebration. Don’t leave your lucky shamrocks at home.

O’Flaherty’s Irish Pub Celebration, San Jose: If you’re after some Shepherd’s Pie or some Bangers and Mash, O’Flaherty’s on historic San Pedro Square is your spot. In honor of the holiday, O’Flaherty’s is hosting a week-long celebration with their sister bar, Five Points. The celebration includes an Irish Stew Cook-Off, Irish Coffee competition, and live music every night Tuesday through Saturday.
